Job Description:
Control and reconcile billing movements sent by Contract Management and received into Invoicing system.
Correct, insert, update or delete billing movements, upon receipt of valid request from Contract Management
Analyse pended billable movements and errors
Escalation of pending invoices
Creation of manual invoices on the base of valid and approved request, on an exceptional basis when this activity cannot be supported by the current on-line billing facility on invoicing.
Ensures compliance with Invoicing legal and fiscal requirements
Creation of re-print (new version)
Release invoicing details to ledger (through invoice logical/final print)
Perform Reconciliations and controls

Requirements:
Fluent English and Turkish language!!!
Position is suitable for graduates with economica education or background.
Experience on similar position will be advantage.
Excellent communication skills.

PERSONALITY REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
◦Fluent in English language.
◦Fluent in Turkish language.
◦Minimum two years experience in sales role (or call center) preferably in IT company.
◦Strong IT knowledge.
◦Outstanding Communication and Negotiation skills.
◦Teamwork in a multilingual / cultural environment.
◦Business acumen. Able to absorb professional knowledge quickly.
◦Tasks and Time flexibility to business demands.
