- Service and support German/English speaking customers with the goal to achieve best customer experience
- Responsible for providing telephone diagnostic technical support of software
Tasks
• Assists customers by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical and service issues
• Active guidance and online maintenance for the customers on the phone
• Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards
• Uses troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify products that are defective and follow guidelines in issuing service calls/contacts
• Prioritize work based on time and complexity requirements- exercises sensitivity to due process and proper pacing
• Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation
• Helpful and polite dealing with customers
Personality pre-requisites, additional requirements
• German Language fluently, English intermediate (for logging into the systems)
• Experience in dealing with customers is an advantage
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Reliability
• Strong organization and problem solving skills
• Ability to work part of a team as well as independently
• Knowledge of standard Microsoft Windows Applications and Operating systems (Windows Me, 2000, XP, Vista)
• Full knowledge of MS-Office Applications
• Knowledge and understanding of PC hardware components
• Strong in decision making and ability to work under pressure
