GENERAL SUMMARY:
Be a part of End-to-End team based in Bratislava with main focus on handling logistic and manufacturing issues for Large Enterprise and Public business in Germany & Austria. End-to-End (E2E) team is responsible for overseeing the orders from In-Production (IP) stage up to the delivery to the customer (POD)
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Proactively manage logistic & manufacturing issues within the agreed timing and with focus on internal & external customer satisfaction
• Be responsible for local backlog & distribution management
• Act as a main interaction point between Carriers, EMF, Sales and Customers
• Cover the rollouts for big customers from Logistic and Manufacturing side
• Contact point for internal customers on providing the order status and handling logistic & manufacturing escalations
• Responsible for arranging Air-shipments, special delivery services, order prioritizations, LOF management , Invoicing and others
• Liaise with Finance on Invoicing delivered orders
• Handle the overdue orders at the pre-production stage and ensure that they are released into the production
• Work closely with other departments on resolving the issues
• Initiating & driving the process improvements for problematic areas
• Ensure that all reports are up-to date
• Drive towards the given goals
