Main responsibility of the project manager is to coordinate delivery of the AT&T services for the EMEA customers.
Detailed description of the job responsibility
o Customer‘s Kick off call and data verification on the beginning of the project
o Coordination of the circuit ordering and delivery with the Access provisioning Team
o Ordering and delivery of the hardware with the AT&T ordering and staging team
o Regular consultation with the customer and status review with the AT&T account manager and Global Project Manager / SDM L3
O Preparation and support of the product Test&Turn up (T&TU)
o Participation on the circuit, hardware or other troubleshooting
o Language support if applicable during T&TU
Job Requirements:
For this position you should preferably have strong communication skills and should be a graduate of a secondary high school or university.
Knowledge of information technologies (TCP/IP, network protocols, WAN) and project management.
1. Fluent in the English and 2nd language (check the proposal below). Good verbal communication skills and proficient writing ability.
2. Knowledge of various communication technologies and networking technologies e.g. TCP / IP, Routing protocols, LAN, WAN technologies.
3. Sound knowledge of Routers, Bridges, Multiplexers, and Switches.
4. The ability to interact on the phone with customers and their peers during the implementation and problem determination process. Prior experience interfacing directly with customers, project managers, internal organizations and PTT companies is desired.
5. Strong problem solving abilities. Confident communicator with the ability to communicate effectively with vendors and customers.
6. Self-motivated, proactive and willing to take ownership of issues and drive them to timely and successful resolution with a minimum of supervision.
7. Prior project management experience is very helpful.
8. Prior experience with Cisco router configurations or Cisco Certification (CCNA) is an advantage.
9. PC literate with experience using a range of software packages (Spreadsheets, Outlook email, Web databases, etc.).

Standard working time: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (lunch break 30 min included)
Ability to work 1-2 a week evening hours: 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm
