We are currently seeking a results driven, focused and self-motivated individual for a Sales Representative role on behalf of our client, a global provider of packaging solutions.
The successful candidate will have a sales and B2B account management background, be IT literate and able to work autonomously and on their own initiative, as the major portion of this role will be based out in the field (Home Office).
Main duties:
• Identify new potential target markets and prospective clients
• Actively network for new business opportunities
• Develop customer portfolio through a proactive sales/service relationship
• Developed awareness of the customer's needs and maintain relationship with the key clients
• Understand and fulfil key clients’ requirements and initiatives
• Negotiate contract conditions
• Develop a thorough knowledge of the market sector (in the region and globally)
Person specification:
• A proven track record of sales and B2B account management background
• Ability to quickly understand clients needs and provide suitable solutions
• Experience in the packaging industry will be an asset but not necessary
• Flexibile to incorporate European travel into their daily role where necessary
• Able to work autonomously and proactively
• Fluent English skills
• Fluent Slovak
Starting salary negotiable depending on experience and a commission structure will be put in place. A company car, laptop and phone will be provided.
