Job description:
To be responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of network service solutions for customers in Europe.
To cooperating closely with international specialists within company, customers and suppliers.
To lead and execute necessary access provisioning activities during the implementation of customer solutions.
For end to end supported services you will communicate and cooperate with site-level customers, international specialists and telecommunication suppliers.
You will validate delivery and installation details of orders and place orders with telecommunication suppliers.
For other services you will support the ordering part of customer access provisioning by placing circuit orders with telecommunication suppliers.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and French language
Computer skills - user:
Microsoft Word - advanced
Microsoft Excel - advanced
Microsoft Outlook - advanced
Internet (e-mail, www) - advanced
Knowledge of information technologies (TCP/IP, network protocols, WAN) and project management is advantageous.
Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining output quality
Strong commitment to process and quality improvement
Self-motivated, proactive and willing to take ownership of issues and drive them to timely and successful resolution with a minimum of supervision
Good team member, with ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with Managers and senior professionals throughout the MoW (Most of World) region.
