JOB DESCRIPTION, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
◦Inventory Management Specialist is responsible for day-to-day seed stock level maintenance for managed services
◦Ordering of various equipment from vendors, order tracking, resolving of related issues
◦Interaction with Project Managers, Procurement and Vendor management
◦Procurement and management of equipment for managed services customers with equipment manufacturers, suppliers and staging suppliers
◦Coordination of hardware upgrades, downgrades, equipment transfers, repair, trade in and reuse
PERSONALITY REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
◦Fluent in English and Italian language!!!
◦Computer literate with experience of a range of software packages (MS Office).
◦Experience in similar role preferably in IT company would be a big advantage.
◦A confident communicator with the ability to communicate effectively with vendors and customers.
◦Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality output.
◦Strong commitment to process and quality improvement.
◦Good team member, with ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport.
