JOB DESCRIPTION, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
◦Interfaces directly with Business Partners on pre-sales support tasks.
◦Resolves incoming requests that come from Business Partners.
◦Pro-actively gets in contact with Business Partners proposing support on deals.
◦Acts as an advocate on behalf of requestor.
◦Takes ownership of requests.
◦Resolves requests timely by handling themselves or routes requests to appropriate network of Support Functions.
◦Communicates with requestor and others involved in resolution.
◦Drives Business Partners satisfaction ensuring high quality support.
◦Closes with Business Partners for final request resolution.
◦Maintain clear and accurate documentation..
PERSONALITY REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
◦Fluent in English AND German is a must!
◦Experience in sales or sales support min. 2 years.
◦Leadership skills
◦Customer related background preferable.
◦Outstanding Communication and Negotiation skills.
◦Teamwork in a multilingual / cultural environment.
◦Business acumen
