JOB DESCRIPTION, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
◦Taking care of a pipeline of shortlisted candidates.
◦Screening candidates ensuring that only those who meets the specified job requisition criteria and qualification are put on shortlist.
◦Screening active candidate CV's from other sources.
◦Communicating with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews.
◦Ensuring that candidates are closed and their offers accepted in timely manner.
◦Using communication and negotiation skills to "sell" the job offer.
PERSONALITY REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
◦Fluent English language
◦Knowledge of other European language (Italian, Spanish, French, German) is an advantage.
◦AT least 18 months work experience in an agency environment or in HR department in an international corporation.
◦Experience in sourcing candidates via key word and skill search.
◦Communication and negotiation skills.
◦Ability to work under pressure
◦Organizational skills.
◦Must be comfortable and experienced with working in international environment an virtual team/environment.
