JOB DESCRIPTION, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
◦Direct support to clients complaints
◦Pro-active support to develop best services and high client satisfaction
◦Understand the background and puprose of client problems
◦Prepare action plans and drive to resolve
◦Cooperate with technical and other departments in process of finding solution
PERSONALITY REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
◦Fluent in English and fluent in Danish is must!!!
◦Previuos experience in Customer service - min 3 years.
◦Business networking experience.
◦Excellent communication skills.
◦Team player, ability to work in stress.
◦Client-oriented.
◦Technical backgound.
