Job description, responsibilities and duties
Operating within a matrix organisation the successful candidate will need to develop effective working relationships with HR Country Managers, HR Business Partners and the wider HR team.
Key activities are:
• Supporting the EMEA HR Service Delivery team
• Providing HR Operations Support to HR Geography Partner / Country Manager
• Supporting operational and administrative activities for HR in Slovakia
• Administrating International/ Local Policies and Programs
• Providing Employee and Mgmt Support where applicable
• Data reporting & Data Filing

Secondary with leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Skills
Language skills:
English - advanced
Personality requirements and skills
• Fluent in Slovak & English - both spoken and business written
• Preferable 1 years experience gained within an HR function
• Basic knowledge of local Labour Law advantageous
• Solid experience with MS Office, specifically Excel and Word
• Excellent communication skills
• Self confident, knowledgeable and pragmatic
• Stress resistant, able to work with strict deadlines
• Able to dig into the details but at the same time capable of differentiating essential versus non essential details
• Administrative skills, data handling and reporting
• Very well organized, very structured in how work is handled
• Self sufficient, independent, pro-active, able to pick up the phone and discuss topics in international environment
• Project Management Skills would be advantageous
• Ideally - Experienced in working and understanding the complexities of operating in an international environment
