Tele Sales Advisor with active English and French
Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for candidates for the position of Telesales advisor with following tasks:
1. Making outgoing calls on a daily basis and responding to incoming calls in a timely fashion.
2. Calling through sales leads and following the cycle through to Sale closure.
3. Identifying supplier or subscriber problems/issues and resolving or escalating to appropriate personnel via the call management system.
4. To keep an accurate and up to date call log.
5. Producing brief reports of telephone-call results.
6. Attending regular team meetings to discuss issues, suggestions etc. relating to the running of the
Sales Team.

• A proven track record of success in closing telesales deals with a value between £500 and £3,000.
• Working knowledge of MS office, Outlook, Excel, Access and the Internet
