Order Manager with ENGLISH
Job description, responsibilities and duties
-Receive Assigned Orders via EFMS/GPS Business as Usual
-Responsible for customer statusing and communication excluding initial site validation
-Oversee all expedites and escalations
-Responsible for Client Request task and communication plan with
-Responsible for Site Survey Results and communication
-Track Equipment Procurement and Shipment
-Track and Manage Circuits/PVC/ISDN/POTS to order completion
-Responsible for Coordination of Test and Turn-up / QA6 / Migration and task closure
-All billing tasks
-Advanced to fluent English is mandatory.

– Computer literate with experience of a range of software packages (MS Office advanced user)
– Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality output
– Strong commitment to process and quality improvement
– A confident communicator with the ability to communicate effectively with vendors and customers
– Liable, detail oriented, proactive and willing to take ownership of issues and drive
– Good team member, with ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport
