JOB DESCRIPTION:
◦Direct support to clients complaints
◦Pro-active support to develop best services and high client satisfaction
◦Understand the background and puprose of client problems
◦Prepare action plans and drive to resolve
◦Cooperate with technical and other departments in process of finding solution
REQUIREMENTS:
◦Fluent in English OR English and German language is must!!!
◦Associate's Degree/College diploma in Business/Management/Information technology
◦Previuos experience in Customer service
◦Business networking experience
◦Excellent communication skills
◦Client-oriented
◦Technical backgound
