JOB DESCRIPTION:
◦Responsible for operations management of the services business – revenue, profit performance, management of the processes that include quality assurance, business controls and procedures, customers satisfaction deployment and ratings
◦Creation of new customers in contract database and in financial application
◦Handling accesses to contract database and ensuring its data integrity
◦Providing financial reports
◦Monthly and quarterly reporting
REQUIREMENTS
◦College/University education in finance or accounting
◦3 years professional experience in operations, finance, contract management or project management
◦Fluent English is a must (spoken and written)
* German language is big advantage
◦Very good PC skills (MS Office)
◦Attention to details
◦Excellent communication skills
◦Customer satisfaction understanding
